Majestic Exterior Services provides professional exterior cleaning and landscaping services in Lake County and surrounding areas of Illinois. All services are performed by trained, insured professionals using commercial-grade equipment and eco-friendly solutions.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are based on the information provided and our assessment of the property. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ significantly from what was assessed. We will communicate any changes before beginning work.

Scheduling & Cancellation

We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. If weather or unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 30 days and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. Our 1-month warranty covers the quality of our work under normal conditions.

Insurance & Liability

Majestic Exterior Services carries $1M in general liability insurance to protect your property. While we take every precaution to prevent damage, in the unlikely event that damage occurs during our service, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please notify us of any pre-existing damage or areas of concern before service begins.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For recurring services, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Property Access

By scheduling a service, you authorize Majestic Exterior Services to access the areas of your property necessary to complete the agreed-upon work. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on the day of service. We will treat your property with care and respect at all times.
